SMS Terms

The program
InstaClaw runs one text message program. It is called InstaClaw, and it exists to tell you when your spot is ready and to help you set up your agent.
How you join it
You join by entering your mobile number on our website and pressing the button beneath the line that says so. Pressing that button is your agreement to receive the messages described here. We never add a number that was not entered on one of our own pages.
What we send, and how often
One message when your spot is ready, carrying a link to claim it.
After that, a short code when you sign in or confirm your number, and only when you have just asked for one.
We do not send marketing to this number, and we do not send on a schedule. If your agent later texts you, that is your own agent on its own line, and it is not part of this program.
What it costs
Message and data rates may apply. Those are set by your mobile carrier and not by us, and how many messages count toward your plan depends on that plan.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message from us and we stop. It takes effect immediately, and we will send one last message confirming it so you are never left wondering.
You can also write to help@instaclaw.io and ask, in any words at all. We honour a request to stop however it reaches us, and we do it within one business day rather than the ten days we are allowed.
Stopping the texts does not close your account and does not take away your spot. If you stop them before your spot is ready, write to us and we will find another way to reach you.
How to get help
Reply HELP to any message and we reply with what this program is and how to reach a person. You can also write to help@instaclaw.io at any time.
Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and your device, and we cannot promise a message arrives at a particular moment.
Your number, and who sees it
We use your mobile number to run this program and to sign you in. Your number and your agreement to receive texts are never sold, and they are never shared with anybody else for their own marketing.
We do share it with the service that delivers the messages, because a message cannot be delivered otherwise, and with nobody else for any other purpose.
The rest of what we do with your information is in our Privacy Policy.
Who we are
InstaClaw. Write to help@instaclaw.io and a person answers.
These SMS Terms sit alongside our Terms of Service. Where the two speak to the same thing, these are the ones that apply to text messages.
